My wife is in sales at Mercedes and she has been averaging $200k a year and growing YoY. She loves her job, however she works long days and barely gets time off. We plan on having kids within the next year or two, and it’s highly u likely that she’ll be able to keep her current gig. I lateraled into a niche practice group in Sept 2021. I also have a 1 year old and have been mostly remote since I started - but have been keeping busy tracking towards 2400-2500 hours. Today I called that TOP MNC (CHUBB) same. They asked me to share screenshot - I shared . Now they are asking complete offer letter of CGI but I denied as I feel this is not right to share docs.
