Can we talk about IF? I know the benefits of IF are stronger for men than women due to hormonal changes. Personally, sometimes fasting puts me in the zone and it's amazing. Other times I'm just too hungry and get an energy drop as soon as I break my fast. It may be related to my cycle (yep I heard of "fast like a girl"). I tend to feel good and lose weight when I religiously track my calories and make sure to eat at the very least 80 grams of protein. Curious about your experience of IF
