2. Go on a ten minute walk
3. Come back, make a list of activities you need to do and rank them from most to least important
4. Allocate time for each activity and schedule into your calendar, making sure you account for breaks, time to watch Netflix, etc since it’s the weekend
5. Take it one task at a time

I’ve found that lists on their own only exacerbate the stress for me. Adding time blocks for each activity makes a whole difference cause you usually realize you have more time than you thought/it’s more manageable to break up larger tasks into 30 min blocks

I’m so sorry you are feeling this way. Is it something that wine, meditation, or a conversation with your manager can resolve/reduce?

Or is there a way that you can step up to fix it while “getting credit”? Like leading the team health/connectivity effort or starting meetings with a team meditation/breathing exercise. Maybe other people feel similarly?

I think it’s something that a good nap & a long weekend can fix. I appreciate your genuine concern & all great ideas!

One of my friends works as a Director in Nagarro. She has been there for 7 years and has a CTC of 42 with total yoe 17. Per current trend this is low even though she is a constant top performer. She says that even though delivery people play a pivotal role, they are not paid well. In her team, she sees technical people earning 45-50 at 10-11 yoe. So the factor is 2.5 for delivery vs 4.5 to 5 for technical roles. Per her, this is quite common in Nagarro & she is not an outlier. ctd in comments

I’m hoping to steer clear of any scams by posting & I know it’s been posted before but, again, scams. Anyway, I am looking for something that can be done remotely on nights and weekends after I get home from my daily in-office job. My sister passed away & I’m now helping raise her kids. With Christmas coming, I’m nervous and dreading the season not only to not have her but will I make it a happy one for the kids. I need extra income but need to be home with them in the evenings.

Home office preference question. I am getting ready to redo the layout of my home office. One option I'm considering would have my desk facing a wall. I am wondering if anyone with this current setup has any feedback about it. I would face the wall so that I would have a better background for video conferences (am on about half the day) and also my cord situation would be cleaner.
