Not sure how severe your anxiety is but mine was interfering with enjoying my daily life. I got back into therapy to get down to the bottom of it (I didn’t want to medicate). My therapist was able to recommend books that helped address the root of the problem and allowed me to understand and validate my feelings. Highly recommend!
What were the books they recommend??
