Can you file section 15 incontestability if you received petition for cancellation of your mark ? ie the mark was coming due for 8&15 but received notice of cancellation.

My firm has applied for my L1A visa. If that gets denied, my plan is to travel to Canada and re enter US immediately on B1/B2 visa (already have valid B1/B2 stamp) so that I'll get time to figure out things here in the US (sell my stuff, handle my bank accts etc). Is it possible for me to reenter US on tourist visa?

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
Is this normal process? Has anyone gone through similar experience?

So my junior lies a lot. About everything. They work hard and are reasonably smart, but they would swear a black pen is red and vice versa. When you catch them out, they keep digging. Quick question for you IP attorneys if the website and store front sign says “abc fresh market” and if you are filing the mark under currently using base do you have to file the full make or can you just file an application for “abc”. Will the examiner have an issue since the mark displayed on site and retail shows the full name “abc fresh market “ or since it’s descriptive you can file for just “abc” NOTE I AM USING ABC AS AN EXAMPLE
