Hi Guys,I joined Cognizant as a BA.One client took interview for RPA Project.I was pretty happy it's a new tech but into the project the onsite BA's r doing all the work n m just creating documentation.I am really frustrated.I picked cognizant of many good offers.They r spoiling my career.What shud I do? Currently a post-MBA returning consultant at MBB. What firms should I target with significant Private Equity Ops groups or value teams? Have to leave after 2 years in consulting because I was sponsored but want to make sure that I understand the point at which I should be reaching out, etc.

Quick question for you IP attorneys if the website and store front sign says “abc fresh market” and if you are filing the mark under currently using base do you have to file the full make or can you just file an application for “abc”. Will the examiner have an issue since the mark displayed on site and retail shows the full name “abc fresh market “ or since it’s descriptive you can file for just “abc” NOTE I AM USING ABC AS AN EXAMPLE
