At my last big agency job the young employees in finance dept told me they refused email on their phones. They already are at work by 8:30-9 and leave around 6-6:30 and if their boss needs them they can pick up the phone and call them after hours with a question if really impt. I realize this isn’t the same as being client facing or creative in our industry but I was really surprised and proud these two 26-27 year olds were standing their ground, they were 2+ years into the job. I also worked at a place where after hours work was scoped in at a higher rate to the client. It’s possible to change the norm

Highly Technical Market Sell-Off - Though, it has picked up over lunch and I suspect that short term turn is in near. Old floortrader told me once, never trust a market that is making new session highs or lows during lunch. That's not normal. This might not be a normal day; but we do need to rebound to get another opportunity into the short trend. So, count on it. The last draw is more suspect as it hasn't been proven to exist yet. So, we will see how we look when we trade 9855.75 on NQ.
