Can you recommend tools/setup you use to transcribe voice calls into text? Recovering from a brain issue and doctors are recommending I do this in order to have notes handy for reference later and work around the memory issues. 6 years ago her husband/my step dad was killed suddenly and tragically. He had a man cave room that she has not touched since. It is beyond filthy, unsanitary and poor living conditions.

I just learned I was parentified severely, especially emotionally. The discovery came from outside of therapy, but having a place every week to sit down, slow down & reflect def led to it. Being enmeshed with my parents like this was a cause for my anxiety, low self esteem and workaholic, people pleasing tendencies. I'm working on extricating myself and finding my identity again in a way that will be easy on my conscience and values..so I'm learning! Please dont hesitate to go to therapy!...

Anyone with stage IV endo and recurring Endometriomas gone on Lupron after egg retrieval? I’m still on birth control but my doc said after egg retrieval (assuming we get a strong embryo), I’d get off of birth control and on lupron for two months before transfer.
