Hi All, what is the package one can expect for a senior business analyst (senior consultant) role in TW. YOE -12 (relevant YOE 9)

Is HC for non technical roles any different?

Should I refer my SO to Google?
(Does she have a real shot?)

She's a Project Manager at a global auto parts manufacturer.
Her role is 30% technical, 70% business (meaning she has good problem solving and stakeholder mgmt skills).
5 YOE+Degree at a top engineering school in Europe
My experience at Google made her interested in joining the company, but we never really acted on it.
Could she be a good fit?
If so which areas/orgs?

(Also, are there any rules against it?)

My close friend works for the mayor of my mask mandate city. We are both libs. I think the mandate was once good, is silly now. She just blew up at me when I asked for data to support their position. All I got was “I’m tired let’s talk tomorrow.” I’m disappointed she could not engage and support her opinion.

I’ve noticed that streaming spots are rarely mixed to CALM Act levels, probably because it’s not “broadcast.” So spot breaks on Hulu or CW streaming etc. are all over the place like TV was (con’t)
