I’m starting a new offering from the ground floor - no existing social clients or work. I’ll be walking into meetings with clients who know me from other agencies, where our hook was “we’re fan-first marketers” or “we are the most premium creative shop in our industry”.

I’m working on my new hook, but would love to hear yours.

I’m a Senior TA Specialist for a global automotive company. Currently making $60k/year with benefits. I hold a Bachelors degree and a Masters degree with 10 plus years of HR experience and believe my market value is worth more around the $80k- $90k range than my current compensation. In this field, when choosing a masters degree program is it more beneficial to get a degree in Human Resources to further my knowledge in HR (my undergraduate degree is in Economics) , an MBA, or Data Science Degree due to the fact that HR is becoming more data driven as well as get a PHR / SHRM-CP certification?

Is it possible to make a million in any sales position? I see so many classes and books on how to be a millionaire by selling. Seems like BS.
