I'm looking for an HR Director role.
I'm currently a Senior HR Manager (because the Ops Director didn't want another Director In the payroll) overseeing 4 facilities & 3 companies. I have 1 HR Manager, 3 HR Generalists, 1 Recruiter, 2 EHS Coord, and 3 EHS Leads reporting to me.
I have over 15 years in HR, an MBA, PHR & SHRM-CP certifications & experience in healthcare, retail, logistics, & manufacturing.
I'm in Texas and willing to relocate to San Antonio, College Station & Houston.

HR/LEGAL HELP: I work for a multi-state remote employer. I am doing a classification study of sorts and believe that we may have to reclassify some positions. The impact is moving exempt and salaried positions to non-exempt. This has caused us to consider what states we are/should be hiring from. First the company came to our campus giving the JD for Marketing.
While withing the first round of interview they changed it to SAP domain.
I got recruited as I was a fresher.
Then once I got my offer letter they have alloted me to Oracle.
I thought all of my batchmate are going to functional side, I will be with them.
Then they send me to Technical Oracle domain., which comprises of coding and all.

Just discovering RSD after being diagnosed as an adult. I feel like SO MUCH of my life has been impacted by this and I just never had a name for it. At work if someone gives me negative or constructive feedback it can feel like a punch in the chest even if I know it's not personal. Makes romantic relationships so hard too. What do you do to handle it especially at work?
