Certifications: worth the time and $$? Thinking about one of these from Google, but not sure if it'll translate to 💰💰💰 like this ad claims it will. Did it pay off for you? Any specific ones you'd recommend?

I have been giving interview from last 2 months and yet I haven't got a single offer and people here are getting multiple offers. Even if interview goes nice, I would get rejection mail.

I guess Luck matters a lot even if you perform well. There would be always someone who will do better than you.

I am getting demotivated, but have to continue trying hard.

I really wish luck could be on my side.

I got the offer and it’s exactly the same base/bonus as my current role. (Though they’ll also give me so stock options in the private company).
