Cleared all interview rounds at Evernorth Health Services and later received a mail to fill in employee information (including CTC details). I shared everything, but it’s been 5 days with no update yet.

Is this delay normal after the CTC discussion? What kind of hike can I realistically expect at this level if an offer comes through?
