LTIM totally replacing candidate with everyday hire.
Hire and fire as well.
Not sure what they are getting by this way.
I don't see long term 3-5 years candidate as well.. Like short term project.. They fire people quickly.
Anyway man good and join better org experience with other org.

I don’t think LTM or any service based org will ever pay that much for 4 years experience.
