Resilience and confidence. Resilience allowed me to keep going when things got tough and I had to go through hundreds of interviews. Confidence allowed me to walk away from or turn down offers when I knew I deserved better.

Oh 100% confidence. Have you met men? They’re great but they’re not inherently better. I don’t need to know how to do a job to go for it. I just need to know that I could quickly figure out how to do it. Went from contracting at only a couple hundred $$ per day in project management to a thousand bucks per day over the course of 18 months then got recruited by Kearney.
