Considering buying a house in Snellville (Gwinnett County - Brookwood school district). What do you all think about that area from an investment perspective (e.g., short/mid/longer term real estate values)? The house we found is beautiful and close to family (we have young kids), but it’s becoming more “city” as Atlanta moves outward - not sure if this is a good or bad thing.
