Could you please let me know the typical duration of the interview process at Infosys for the Principal Consultant – Business Consulting role? Specifically, how long does it usually take between each round? I have completed two rounds and am currently awaiting an update on the third round. It has been 10 days so far, and the application portal still shows ‘Decision Pending.

Last Feb 26 I gave technical round interview at Infosys for CA and My application status is still showig review in progress I was not asked to submit any documents should I wait or forget about it ???

Next week I’m having my first lateral interview as a junior associate. I’m very nervous because the group with whom I’m interviewing works with life science/tech clients and the attorneys have strong science/tech backgrounds; and I do not. However, I am very, very interested in transitioning to this practice. And I reaaally want this job because it’s at my dream firm. How would you recommend preparing for the lateral interview?

Crying for my RSUs….started at my company about 6 months ago and got some RSUs split over 3 years. Turns out the stock price at time of my hiring (which is what was used to calculate the number of shares over the three years) was the highest it’s ever been. Manager was fine with my profile in 2nd round and he said he will move to next client round. HR mailed me next day like like the client band is less and working on it.

Yesterday the HR replied that they can't match my expectation and thanks for applying.

Persistent conducts interviews just for timepass. After clearing all rounds they don't offer. Aspiring candidate dont attend interviews.
