Hi, my I485 is pending. Priority is July 2014 EB3. I-485J is for a software developer but I moved to different role (HR) within the same company. How will it affect my GC processing? LMAO what do Afro Latinos look like? I just asked a creative to include more pictures of Afro-Latinos in our hispanic messaging and she said "I tried to find pictures of videos that looked authentic but they didn't have the right look, it's a very specific look". So no black people in the ad cause this white passing lady needs to gate keep who looks latina enough. The blond, blue eyed women in the photos passed though... UGHH.
