Technical roles are at a premium. Functional not great except for PM
There are still pm roles? Curious if you can expand on it.

I’m still seeing lots of opportunities for experienced folks. Mid-Highly experienced. I’m in a Technofunctional role and have had several offers, but I’m in a niche of Salesforce that many don’t have the expertise in, so that certainly helps.
Entry level folks have definitely had it rough, and I expect it to get tougher for them to break in.

M1, I’d say LCOL. None of the discussions included COL variability and a peer of mine got the same offer/same level role from the firm I accepted and he’s in DC, so HCOL.
I'd definitely say one of the hottest areas is going to be specialized experience like Field Service. Not a Field Service expert to be found as far as the eye can see. I get reached out to a lot for CPQ as well. The more general the skills, the chillier the market gets, and I'm really not seeing a ton of opportunities for entry level folks right now, unfortunately. Which is sad.
On the decline

Their website is being overhauled for the next couple of weeks. I hope that means they’re complete with finding jobs for employees who were let go (as it should be). I haven’t seen a job that <truly> is considering external candidates for some time.
