I’ve Dassault offer 14 LPA (but only one technology ) , Infosys offer (15 LPA , 2-3 technologies)…Capgemini retaining me for Infy package. What should I do ?
Capgemini work life balance is good here also capg is 10 kms away from home and dassault and Infosys are 20kms away from home

Had a very serious query. In my current organization I was not under taxable bracket by any means so I didn't submit any investment declarations or anything. But I'll start a new job in 2 weeks where I'll be under taxable bracket. So will I get a chance to submit my investment declarations in the new company for tds calculations in the middle of the year ? I'm new to everything so would appreciate your help. TIA :)

I have completed 8 months in the current org and my Notice Period is 90 Days.
If I resign and serve notice , my tenure at current workplace will be 11 months.
Should I work for one more month and resign ?
Or should I resign right away and serve 2 months notice period and buy out one months notice ?
