Yes the jump is worth it for brand and exit ops everything else being equal. Take the loss of your network in consideration when making the choice: Important if you are an SM going for P etc

Assuming 1) NAMR, 2) lateraling from one firm to another in a consulting practice (i.e. not taking a huge step down or going from D consulting to K research-equivalent), and 3) interested in strategy / ops, it’s Kearney by a long shot. Source: ex-D

Go Kearney only if you’re interested in ops/supply chain work, it’s the weakest T2 brand for a reason
