Currently I’m at D2 - Program manager level in SAP consulting with Capgemini, spent almost 2 years 2 months here. I’ve total 14+ years of work experience and my current CTC is 40 LPA. Now, got an offer of 58 LPA from product based company and currently, I’m serving notice period. is it worth switching to product based company at this time? Should I look for other offer in service based company?

Got a verbal confirmation for an offer from recruiter. Now she is negotiating my pay with the compensation team instead of me. I thought I had to do the negotiations with that team?
