I wouldn't switch for a couple dollars more. You are definitely underpaid as it is, but a couple bucks isn't worth the change in pace. I would honestly try to negotiate and see if they will offer you even a couple dollars more.
I would advise looking into travel MA opportunities, if that’s something you can do.
Check company ratings and reviews
A couple of extra dollars can make a difference, but it’s up to you whether it’s worth it or not. Compared to what you are doing now, I’m not sure it makes sense, and you’ll likely regret it long term. Make the move if you feel you can do more with it in a couple of years (get into more money for a better pace).
