The JD shows the salary range as 110-130(USD) commensurate with experience, but I’m happy to land anywhere in that range—yet I don’t think it’s good to disclose that. I joined a banking company post MBA from one of the top B school of India. However, the job does not aligns with my interest. I'm more inclined towards tech roles and I have been applying externally for product manager role for last 4 months. New joiner are not allowed to switch to other roles internally till they complete 2 years.
But, I'm not getting shortlists as most of the PM/APM roles requires prior PM experience. Can anyone please let me know what to do in such a situation.

I am working toward an AAHIVS credential, but am wondering if I need to leave my current practice vs try to incorporate treatment where I am.
