Recently promoted to L5 in Strategy & Ops at Google. Feels like a good time to take stock of my career. I don't think I want to pursue a longer career in StratOps, but would like to stay in Google for the foreseeable future. I have now officially been in the industry for 2 years, and I already feel like my learning curve is stagnating at my current job as I went from Junior Developer to Developer this summer.
I started having more responsibility, and have been assigned a junior Developer (previously an intern) that I have to spend time learning our tech/workflow.
