Currently working in wipro with 15 lpa ctc including 7.5 percent variable, 9 years of experience as data Engineer, and referred by my friend in Accenture for tech lead Azure analytics services Accenture management level 9, what is the package I can expect from Accenture for the referred position? If I ask for 30 lpa will they consider it? I don't have any other offer as of now, and haven't resigned yet, also my notice period will be 90 days.

Are IQVIA and Foresight different companies? Or

Anybody with a priority date of mid-late 2015 that is considering switching jobs? I have an offer that I was about to sign, but saw that priority dates for filing in EB2 are already at sep 2014 this April. 1-assessment and i got the completion message and confirmation
2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.
