Just wondering, is 130k for sc2 at EY FSO decent? I accepted offer and Im not sure if i should be happy. Im an international student from Indonesia too who has an MBA around 7 yoe (not consulting). I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.

Another thing is, I have started to dislike my current tech and no more interested in it.
