A recruiter emailed me saying they saw I applied for a role as a referred candidate, and they are “sharing my resume with the recruiter supporting this role for further review.” Is this a good sign? I am feeling lost in job. So I’ve applied for Accounts payable they offered 40k. I said why not to gain some experience. I didn’t even bother negotiating which I regret.
Fast forward I noticed that I was eventually handed everyone’s workload (AR & imports & duty and check coworker work + AP) Spoke to them about pay increase based on workload. So they raised it to 55k.. but I still feel underpaid based on the amt of work I do. I don’t know what my title or what to put on resume..
