I am a new joinee at TCS as C3B and below are a few queries I got. Please help

1. As I heard it's difficult to move between projects in TCS, how can I make sure that I am getting a project that has good growth and onsite opportunities.

2. For a C3B I have a component called 'Perfornance bonus' (25K per month, to be paid quarterly).

Anyone else struggling with hormones / mood swings? I am almost 16 weeks and been having a real tough time lately, feeling really down and stressed about things. Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?
