• Capgemini – Manager (Hybrid)
• TCS – Assistant Consultant(Strictly WFO)

My career goal is to continue in a hands-on technical role, focusing on engineering and development rather than people management. I’m also looking for a role that offers a good work-life balance with a hybrid work policy.

I currently looking for jobs at Point72 Asset Management. Does someone know if the offer remote work? Is it a good place to work at?

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

I am working for almost 2.5 years in forecasting team in IQVIA as a consultant. 4 years in ZS before that.

Just received 2 offers that I’m weighing, both in Advertising tech:
1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

Is there any limitation or chances of facing issues on Not having laptop with me(for other exit clearances).
