I am having around 6.5+ years of experience.
Primary skills : SAP ABAP, ODATA, CDS
2ndory skill : RAP(learning + Small POCs)

In this 6.5+ YOE, I did so many switches, currently I am drawing CTC of 30 LPA.
And genuinely feeling there is no work satisfaction for me. I feel, I am bit overpaid.
And even though company is MNC currently there are layoffs going on.

So looking for job change, Can you suggest:
Which companies should I target and how much safe salary range for me?

Soon to be graduating from an MBA, and won't be able to attend a graduation ceremony or grad party - is it something life changing that I'll be missing out on?

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. Hi All ,My skillset is sap ewm functional .I mostly see openings in service based companies .Compensation offered compared to other skills like Java, big data ,python etc is very low.For instance for a 10 yoe the maximum budget is 28lpa offered by a big4 ,typical service based companies offer even lesser .
What are the options to upskill or get into product based companies.
