Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

Something that changed my routine for the best - getting professional input! The girl I go to get my hair colored is also a makeup artist and she did a mini session for me, showing me what shades worked best and where to place what product. Made such a difference!
Skin shades are so personal, esp with undertone involved. I highly recommended getting a little personal help, it goes a long way.
My #1 makeup product recommendation is HANDS DOWN the Hourglass concealer - I’ve tried everything and this has made a huge difference. I bring this with me whether I have an event or I’m trying to go more minimal with my makeup - this concealer does it all
Check out a tinted moisturizer or Erborian CC cream. It’s my go to when I want to wear nothing but need a little smoothing out. If you’re dealing with dark circles you can ask a Sephora make up artist for some concealer or color corrector options that are light and easy. I use Bobbi Brown color corrector on my terrible under eye circles and Huda Flawless Filter concealer.
I’m medium with neutral undertones. I love the NARS creamy radiant concealer for spot coverage. I use it 4-5 days a week on minimal spots and it dries up within a couple of months but good coverage and they have a pretty solid shade range.
It also works really well with the khiel’s avocado eye cream as the base. I use the cream wherever I’m planning on using the concealer (gives it a more natural finish).
Optionally, I top it off with a pressed powder (so it doesn’t wipe off as easily).
I found out that if you use multiple products, the formulas have to match
Revlon color stay concealer in the 05 shade is great, very golden
For something higher end, YSL touch eclat in shade peach
Armani LSF is phenomenal
That said, not sure you want to spend this much, some of these are more special occasion products for me
Pixi’s H2O Skin Tint is pretty sheer and easy to use. Also very affordable!
Check out Trestique. Their foundation stick is beautiful and easy to blend with your fingers. If you send in a picture, they’ll color match you. I don’t have olive skin, but their whole concept is minimal easy to apply makeup that’s buildable. They also have applicator tools on the end of each stick, so no need for makeup brushes/sponges, etc.
Alternatively, go in to a MAC store and get color matched for free. They’ll recommend a foundation for your skin type and needs. They’ll show you how to apply it in store. Plus you can return whatever you don’t love.
The best advice I have is to book a 1:1 with a makeup artist you admire. Let them know the look you’re trying to master. This way they’ll tell you exactly what to get and how to use them. I did this and it changed my life
