Hi Guys, I am in the process of procuring canadian PR. How easy is it to get internal transfer. In the hindsight, i also hold an offer of almost 70% hike from these two companies and already put down the papers.

HR is saying they will tag me to canadian project for now until i get the PR and will process onsite further.

What would the wise thing to do ? Stay back and explore internal opprtunities or move out and explore opportunities from elsewhere ?

I have an offer from Amazon for Bay area. My current base is 180K and got a 40K AIP. Manager 2. Amazon is offering base of 160K but first year TC is 310K (160K + 135K sign on + stocks 5percent) .
