1. 'Base + Over & Above' - PF Employer & Gratuity Optum pays beyond fixed.
2. 'Inclusive CTC' - PF Employer & Gratuity cut against fixed component in CTC.

Anyone leave Deloitte for Booz Allen? Thoughts or experiences? Utilization and compliance are absolutely doing my head in.

Hi SpEd Teachers, is anyone else facing EXTREME staff shortages as a result of state funding? We are not able to meet my students' IEP requirements (not even close) due to not enough paraprofessionals and the district flat out refusing to hire more. I've lost 70+ hrs/week of para hours over the past few years and my students are really suffering. This leaves our district open to lawsuits, but the real problem is the state's education budget.
