Greater than $2400?
Weird flex?
You will definitely find a one bed in Cambridge for that price.. check out lower Allston as its approx 1 mile to Harvard square (less to HBS if that’s her grad school). Avoid Allston however as it’s mostly drunk undergrads on the weekends and you’re on the B line which is insanely slow. If you’re going to leave the Harvard square area, stick to red line (Davis, porter, etc)
I think you can find a decent studio/1 bed around Allston/Brighton area. Also look into Alewife as it’ll allow access to Harvard/downtown with red line 🚇. Rent will be much higher in Cambridge but you might find something for ~2400
^ oops, lol, I meant <$2400
You can get a 1 bed in back bay or Cambridge for $2400. You may have to pay a broker fee but there are some good options at that range
