Deloitte BUSINESS ANALYST Offer – Need Advice (for a friend)

Hi all,

A friend received an offer from Deloitte for a Business Analyst (Consultant) role in Chennai – 19 LPA (0–10% variable) with 4.5 years of experience in analytics/consulting.

Is this a good offer in today’s market? How does it compare with EY, KPMG, Accenture, etc.?

Would also appreciate any input on Deloitte’s work culture, growth, and work-life balance.

I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

Ive got an offer frm a company offering me 7LPA(micro company) nd the joining's on next monday.

There budget was upto 10 when i asked but feels like they playing me for my desperation to start working.

Moving from T2 to McKinsey. How do vacation requests work? I have family and friends getting married this fall in weddings delayed because of covid, but I’ll just have started so wanted to get a sense of how realistic taking vacation this fall would be and how to approach taking it (e.g. mention to HR, staffing). I recently gave my technical phone screening interview for the role of BA 1 at Amazon it went pretty good was able to answer 90% of the answers but after that I see that my job application shows on their portal shows 'no longer under consideration' although I'm yet to receive any mails from them.

Can anyone tell me what it means have I been rejected or something else.
