Deloitte India - Bench policy.

I have been part of Deloitte India for 7 months now, as a DM/Senior Consultant.
For the first 4 months, I was assigned to a project. For the next 3, I was on bench. I have only given one interview as of now, which did not go in my favor.
What is the bench policy? Am I looking down at the barrel of being laid off?

I am an architect working in the field for past one year , but now I want change my field to mba finance so would it be a good choice ??

Does anyone work at a firm where legal assistants don't do legal assistant things? For example, I have to do my scheduling and calendaring. I have to upload documents to our file management system. This morning, a name partners assistant didn't realize the name partner had a depo and didn't confirm it. This is how this firm as been for decades and it's incredibly frustrating to work this way. It's so hard to not stress over this daily.

How many years did it take you to feel like you could handle a trial by yourself and feel comfortable? How many trials did you observe before getting to that point?

What all factors are considered for year end appraisals in your org?

I never miss my deadline in the past 3 years.
And I was respected and got awards from VPs and was also paid well too then.
But due to some health reasons I'm missing deadlines from 1 month.
But my team lead is telling you are not working. Even if I say i have some health issues I may not be able to work like before.She is not listening she has escalated to my manager, my manager is 2X of her even he yells at me.

What to do please help.

I guess Luck matters a lot even if you perform well. There would be always someone who will do better than you.

I am getting demotivated, but have to continue trying hard.

Worse they say We'll check or get back to you. But never come back. Luckily I got selected into a tier-1 company and their Recruiter ignored me once 😂. I am gonna personally meet that recruiter on Day1.
