Deloitte India folks - revised offer with counter?

Deloitte India offered me 27.5 LPA fixed + gratuity + variable. I would like to counter with 35 LPA (including 11% variable).

Has anyone recently negotiated with them? Did they revise upward, or stick to their guns? I'm switching from a solid AI/ML role - is it worth pushing for more?

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
