Did anyone here leave Strategy& as a manager for Google biz ops or sales strategy? What was the difference in compensation?

I know Mck is the top for strategy, but in terms of digital/design in top consulting firms which do you think is better? Mckinsey digital or deloitte digital? (Or another..?)

Been welding for my company for 13+ yrs and I think it’s time for a change. The culture has completely changed and became toxic.
