Layoffs at Ogilvy NYC...

IPG just sent out a network wide email, mentioning layoffs. Anyone got any insights on it, like which agencies will be laid off?

What have you seen people fired for at your agency/ies? (This is meant to give some lessons for others on here)

I have joined epam anywhere almost 1 month back, since then just given 1 client interview<rejected>.
I am very much afraid due to epam aywhere policy , they will fired people if he will not crack 5 client interview. Interviews are very though , all DSA.
As we seen current market condition with recession coming should I search new jobs now ? Before marking condition going worst , should I abscond ? or should I wait for some more time?

I was informed today that my employment would be terminated at a tier-2 consulting firm in Toronto. I'm an EA at a small global consulting firm (<25 people) with 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite execs. 3 months ago, the CEO put me in charge of our marketing efforts, and yesterday, he fired our recruiting coordinator and asked me to take over her job. Hi Fishes, I am having one year experience as a Backend Engineer. I am having a offer of 7 LPA as a Business Analyst in a start-up also looking forward for Product Management Role in coming years.

TCS offered me a Data Engineer Profile with usual hike, will be getting around (3.75).
I had asked for 6 LPA to stay back.

What if they give 4.5 or so ....

I accepted tcs offer last year but didn't join. Last week I got a call from tcs and I gavey technical and managerial round and cleared it. Am I eligible to join again as my old profile from last year is still showing on ibegin. I hope tcs will not revoke the offer once offer letter is rolled out.
