Did anyone holding Globant Offer with DOJ between July mid and end got a call from HR to postpone it to 1st August with reason- ‘onboarding restructuring program’ ??

I had an interview with DIAGEO last week and the interviewer looked pretty convinced. He told me I will be having my 2nd round next week but havn't got any update since then. Not sure if they didn't select me or the process is slow.. Anyone here having interview experience with the company??
