I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. But I was alao told kaiser offers a dollar each year as a raise. I want a place I can grown and stsy Long term. Any one have any insight on kaiser and what they offered.UCLA Health Kaiser Permanente

I'm hybrid. The majority of my work can be done remotely, but there are things my execs ask of me that requires an office presence. I do like how I can better interact with people in the office so I prefer the set up. I do appreciate my work's flexibility on when I can be home vs the office so it works for me. I did have an opportunity for a fully remote job and passed on it.
I wish I was allowed to work away from the job. I'd be at peace. 😢
I worked remotely for a time (when everyone did) but now I'm back in the office. It's an interesting question, I'd say probably 80 percent of what I do I could do from a remote location. But the other 20 percent would require me to be on site. And it's never really obvious when I would have to be around. If I could go back to remote, or do a hybrid arrangement, I would prefer that, of course. But that seems to be out of the question, the people I work for seem to think remote workers are all gaming the system.
I enjoy being in an office environment. Can be remote some days but like to have my office space.
