Do we have any teachers on the bowl?? Possibly the worst part of the AI boom is how little kids are now using their own brains. I'm an English teacher for 8th graders and while I was grading their essays, I had two students submit the same exact essay, with just the slightest changes in some sentences and paragraph separation. It's so disheartening to know they are all just deploying chatbots instead of using their sharp, young brains. Are any others struggling with this? My heart hurts.

For questions as to why you are looking to leave your current firm.. I am looking to move because for some reason I am hand-held a lot and given simpler tasks, so I am getting bored and want more challenging / much more fast paced environment. Also kind of bored because I am on one project for a long time and I want exposure to variety of projects. Is this a fair answer or would I be seen as arrogant? I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I work for a small agency and manage our internal marketing acct. We had very few processes in place when I started. I’ve since created, implemented, and trained our dept. on project mgmt for clients and am trying to convince the owner to apply those principles to our internal jobs. They are resistant because they just want the work to be done and don’t “want to keep spending money on internal jobs”.
