Does murex tool has really high demand?
Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

Nutrafol is a total game changer. Have been taking for 2 years now and my hair is definitely thicker and healthier. My vitamin d count is also through the roof.
Op, it’s the kind of thing that you have to keep taking. I am not taking any other supplements. Nutrafol has increased my vitamin d count.
I took Nutrafol for like 6 months and didn’t feel like it made a difference. I believe there is also a class action lawsuit out there now about side effects. Liver damage or something.

I’ve heard good things about Nutrafol but also that minoxidil is really the most effective thing (it’s the active ingredient in Rogaine and can also be taken by women). No experience with either tho.
Hi again!! So I talked to my esthetician about this post lol. She told me to pass along 3 things:
1. The minoxidil I started off with was 5%, which is super strong. She uses the topical 2% with no problems (she also has a sensitive/dry scalp) and a lot of growth. I got mine from Hers, but she just uses Rogain.
2. She also said she’s heard really good things about cecred hair drops. She hasn’t used them personally, but a lot of her clients have used it to regrow hair around their edges/nape when they apply daily + massage it in.
3. Biotin helps but is most effective when combined with a B vitamin.
Hopefully this is more helpful than my original comment! 🥰

I know nutrafol has some safety complaints that have been lodged recently. Because supplements are unregulated and can be sketchy as hell (even from a big company), you should do a serious deep dive into any health/safety issues before starting

All of my dermatologist friends say Nutrafol is the first thing they recommend to their patients who complain of hair loss/ thinning.
5 months postpartum and I was losing insane amount of hair. I’m taking nutrafol and also upped my protein intake (I’m a vegetarian so I really have to make sure I’m getting enough). It seems to have made a difference. I still shed but not as much. Also apply warm oil a few hours before your wash your hair.
