Do we need a new LCA for the H-1B extension at the same company for the same role with not much salary bump over the last 2-3 years?
Note: It's the 1st time extension and the I-140 hasn't filed yet.
For some reasons, the company lawyer is not expediting the process even though the deadline is approaching very fast. So, I'm super stressed right now.

What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? Publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I’ve been doing litigation with the company for almost 3 yrs and have only had a 2% cost of living raise so far. I interviewed at company A and B. Company A sent me an offer, however I really want to work at company B, and they said they would get back to me last week and still have not even after following up.
