Hi folks ,i have 8+ years of IT experience and recently got an offer from both TCS and Accenture .The salary wise both companies are offering almost same package but accenture is slightly giving more (with 27% of variable pay). But with respect to role i would feel TCS is more relavant for me.But i am really confused which one should i choose interms of growth,job security and onsite opportunities.Kindly suggest and provide me your valuable pointers.
