Hello All, I have been selected in the interview at NTT DATA and also submitted documents as requested by Recruiting HR. However , it's been a 10 days after docs submission but haven't received any call from HR for salary negotiation. On email follow up with HR, he said he is on it and will come back to me soon for further process. Any views.NTT DATA

Don’t go by 27% variable. That’s just to show an inflated CTC.
Exactly i dont know how much i will get in hand though i performed well
TCS is better company and you must take this opportunity, I am working in Accenture and I know the situation. In this situation very difficult to get project. New joiners may or may not be get immediate project. I have seen many they are on bench almost 3/4 months. I am surprised how Accenture is recruiting new employee as layoff is still going on. 🤔😏
Thanks mate..This gonna be eye opener for me

What is your background and what are the roles being offered ?

Accenture is a better company if you want to progress, especially in areas of big data. You might be getting hired directly into a project. In that case you still might get to work in areas other than python when you move onto other projects.
TCS however, probably gives better job security.
Thanks much for your suggestion 😊
I would say you should go with TCS.
Thanks for your suggestion
Basically i am from Bigdata background(spark framework with python). In TCS the job role they have given as spark, scala and python. But in accenture they offered me the role "python programming specialist" and they may deploy me in bigdata projects but not sure whether i will get a chance to work extensively with pyspark or not.Thats why bit confused.
