In my experience, different positions performed better on different platforms. I think each company look for what platforms perform best for them.
In example, I found looking for crew members I had better luck on Indeed, while looking for management I had better luck on ZipRecuiter.
It doesn’t hurt to be on multiple platforms. You could be missing out.
Many companies in my area have posted the same between Glassdoor and Indeed. But it varies. A small company has more to gain posting between both platforms.
I have found different jobs on different platforms. That isn't to say that a company might not post the same job across multiple platforms. But I do always look at both because there are different roles.
No you need to maximize all job boards, every one of them you may have a better chance, and for some simple reason I always get a job offer from Indeed, LinkedIn is to claustrophobic for me but again maximize all job boards sincerely and good luck
A lot of the same jobs are posted on different sites. It’ll be company-dependent as to which ones they are on, but worth it to look around for yourself and see.

Different jobs are sometimes posted on indeed, linkedIN & Zip Recruiter,
