In the process of setting up a nursery (childcare). I’ll still keep the day job so I can pay the mortgage. There’s such a poor selection of nursery options in the area that I want to try change the game with regard to opportunities for the staff (Pay, ongoing education etc) and the children (Child led learning, cooking meals). All places are booked up, it’s just finding the staff that share the vision and work ethic.

Two jobs pay the bills.
