YOE: 3+ years
I wanted to try companies which pays 30L base minimum. How much does Amazon offers for SDE2 and SDE3 role?
Is there any other companies I can try considering my expectations?

Thanks all for the responses so far. It seems they would have need to stay on GC for at least 5 years before qualifying for Medicare. The interim is what I am thinking about. Looks like there are no options other than Obamacare which would be pretty expensive. Anyone who is currently paying for immigrant parent's non-medicare insurance care to chime in on approx. amt?

Yes I know. But what I’m saying is they won’t just get it right away. Surely they could have gotten it even before if medical cost was the only concern for them not moving to the US. Meaning, anytime you’d move you could qualify once you get a GC.
