No, but soon as it’s in the budget I will. As far as justifying the expense I’d say it’s a mental wellness thing for me.
Yes. Once a month I have a house keeper come. Twice if I’m doing a lot and mentally not in the space to clean. I decided it was worth the expense because my home affects my mental health
I enjoy cleaning actually
Yes, once a month for a deep clean, because I don’t have time to do it all myself, and I am also a fulltime caregiver to aging parents.
Off topic here but my dad and I (mainly my dad now) are full time caregivers to aging parents (my grandparents) now and just wanted to thank you for all you do.
I pay $80 for monthly cleaning. 100% worth it especially since I have multiple pets
Once a month, $100 per clean; I'm good at the regular cleans, but she is great for the deeper cleans
Yes, it helps just keep my sanity and lessens anxiety as both my partner and I have stressful jobs. I get it done 2x a week on Mondays and Thursdays and pay $70 each visit plus tip. It’s about $160 a week when it’s all said and done. We have been doing it since 2019 and it’s greatly helped us. Now, instead of arguing over dishes, we have time to relax or just watch a movie and chill. There’s less burden on any one person over who’s doing what because we outsource the main chores.
Yep. Every M/Fr. I have two dogs so the hair gets out of control so fast
This is for the whole house? What is covered in this “cleaning”?
Every other week. $80 per visit
I pay $60 once a month to clean
Yes once a month for a very deep clean, $200. Probably overpaying but she does the dishes which is clutch (don’t have a dishwasher)
So do your dishes just accumulate for a month until she comes?
Every day if I am home, once a week if traveling that week. Absolutely game changing.
Assuming you have a house to clean and not just an apartment lol?
Every other week. 120/clean. Renting a house so it just would take me all weekend otherwise
I do it myself. Usually once a week. Personally I like cleaning my own place and it saves me money.
Twice a week
I have two huskies so it’s needed
Yes, just switched from bi-weekly to weekly for our 4 bedroom house. $100/ week plus tip.. The peace of mind and extra free time is absolutely worth it.
I only started doing this when I had paid off my student loans and after I had kids.
That was when it became worth it to buy the time, because I didn’t have as much left to give to my kids otherwise.
We are in a HCOL suburb, 2400sq ft 4bd house. $185 every two weeks.
